- Protects and maintains resident rights.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand the English language.
- To fulfill job requirements, employee must be able to perform key physical task for extended periods of time.
- When supporting, lifting or transferring residents, proper body mechanics and safety measures as prescribed by the residence must be used.
Nice to have
- One year of experience working with seniors with memory loss preferred and desire to serve and care for seniors required.
