- The Warehouse Associate/Yard Mule Driver is responsible for tracking shipments, receiving, processing, storing, and distributing materials, equipment, and products in a warehouse setting.

Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect, and accurately document incoming materials, equipment, and products.
- Perform routine cycle counting of inventory and maintain accurate records in ERP systems.
- Manage basic automotive and equipment repairs and maintain cleanliness of the yard mule and flatbed.
- Verify items being picked up or delivered and maintain accurate delivery documentation.
- Additionally, they will operate a yard mule and a 48-ft flatbed to pick up, transport, and deliver materials within TAS warehouse facilities.
Requirements
- 5+ years of related factory experience and/or training.
- 1+ years of ERP experience and inventory control.
- 5+ years of forklift experience (15,000lbs or more).
- 1+ years of Microsoft Office Suite experience, including Outlook.
- Must be 25+ years of age.
- Must have prior experience safely operating a yard truck (mule) to move 53' dry vans as well as 48' and 53' flatbeds within a warehouse yard or distribution environment.
- Able to lift 50 lbs, walk/stand in steel-toed boots for extended periods, and perform physical tasks as required.
- Experience with Transportation Management Systems (TMS) and additional ERP systems.
- 3+ years of experience in a CDL Class A driving position and securing cargo on trailers.
- Knowledge of transportation logistics and securing cargo on open/flatbed trailers.
Skills
- Strong organizational skills for managing warehouse operations and transportation tasks efficiently.
- Ability to safely operate forklifts, yard mules, and 48-ft flatbeds in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in using ERP systems, Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), and basic computer skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for customer relations and documentation.
- Positive attitude, attention to detail, and ability to multitask in a dynamic work environment.
- Safety-first mindset and knowledge of USDOT requirements for driving.
- High School diploma or equivalent.
