About the role

  • Facilitate instructor-led and virtual learning experiences, including onboarding, leadership development, and career development programs.
  • Administer learning programs within Workday Learning, including creating courses, programs, campaigns, learner assignments, and completion tracking.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of learning programs, processes, systems, and employee experiences.

Requirements

  • Experience managing multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience partnering with internal stakeholders, subject matter experts, and external vendors.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Teams, PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.
  • Post-secondary education in Adult Education, Learning and Development, Human Resources, Organizational Development, or a related field.
  • Minimum five years of experience designing, delivering, and evaluating learning and development programs in a corporate environment.
  • Experience consulting with leaders and stakeholders to identify learning needs and recommend solutions.
  • Experience facilitating instructor-led and virtual learning programs for diverse audiences.
  • Working knowledge of adult learning principles, instructional design methodologies, and program evaluation practices.
  • Experience administering a Learning Management System, preferably Workday Learning.
  • Strong Excel and reporting skills, including working with large datasets, pivot tables, lookups, and analysis.
  • Strong communication, presentation, facilitation, and relationship-building skills.

  • Experience supporting leadership development programs and employee experience initiatives.
  • Experience working with Power BI dashboards and reporting tools.
  • Project management certification or formal project management training.

Compensation

  • $66,671.00 - $113,578
