About the role
- This position is ideal for someone who can bridge business and technical teams-translating operational challenges into actionable insights and implementing scalable solutions that improve performance, productivity, decision-making, and user adoption.
Responsibilities
- The individual contributor will partner cross-functionally to identify inefficiencies, develop scalable solutions, and enable better decision-making through data, dashboards, analytics platforms, and automation.
- Design and implement scalable process improvements aligned to business priorities
- Partner with business and technical teams to develop data-driven solutions that improve operational performance
- Build data models, KPIs, and performance tracking methodologies
- Translate data into actionable insights to support business decision-making
- Support the development of scalable data solutions that improve accessibility, quality, and business value
- Collaborate with technical teams to support analytics, reporting, and data integration initiatives
Requirements
- Typically 6+ years with bachelor's or equivalent.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience from which comparable knowledge and job skills can be obtained.
Nice to have
- Identify gaps, inefficiencies, and improvement opportunities across global supply chain processes
- Define success metrics and track impact of process changes
- Identify opportunities to automate manual or repetitive workflows
- Experience in business process improvement, analytics, supply chain, or operations roles
- Ability to translate business needs into data-driven solutions
- Proven track record delivering measurable business outcomes
- Experience with workflow automation tools (Power Automate, Power Apps, etc.)
Skills
- Automation, Data Platforms & Advanced Tools
- Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend opportunities to improve operational effectiveness through automation, analytics, and AI
- Strong skills in Power BI or similar visualization and analytics tools
- Experience working with large datasets, data models, and analytical frameworks
