The Branch Coordinator coordinates information flow and oversees loan-level activities and administrative processes associated with the mortgage lending function for the branch and its subdivisions.

Employees must act responsibly in their efforts to provide financial services to Pulte customers and to provide support to Pulte's core purposes.

Ability to be detail-oriented and have a passion for data accuracy and integrity.
Ability to prioritize and follow up with internal stakeholders
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite required with intermediate proficiency in Excel.

Provides all required and requested information and documents to Operations partners upon request.

$27.00 to $34.00 hourly depending upon experience.
This position is also eligible for an annual bonus based on the successful completion of defined performance objectives.
In addition to up to 9 paid company holidays per year, employees are eligible for up to 8 days of sick pay.

Moreover, eligible employees with less than 10 years of service can accrue up to 15 PTO days per year (and up to 20 PTO days per year upon 10 or more years of service).
