About the role

Program Management & Cross-Functional Leadership Managing Legal Operations programs from discovery through implementation, adoption, monitoring, and continuous improvement.
Coordinating governance and technology enablement initiatives to ensure alignment, visibility, and measurable outcomes.

Support high-impact Legal Operations initiatives for data governance and AI enablement.
Build scalable processes, playbooks, reporting routines, and workflow improvements.

Professional Experience 4+ years in Legal Operations, Program Management, Compliance, Risk, Data Governance, AI Governance, Business Operations, Consulting, or a related field.
Experience supporting governance, compliance, risk, process improvement, or technology implementation initiatives.
Ability to work effectively in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.
Ability to translate complex requirements into clear workflows, documentation, and governance materials.

Experience with legal operations, data governance, AI governance, privacy, security, compliance, or enterprise risk management.
Familiarity with AI governance frameworks such as NIST AI RMF, ISO 42001, OECD AI Principles, or related programs.
Experience with AI risk assessments, vendor assessments, control tracking, GRC platforms, or workflow automation tools.
Certification in Project Management, Agile, Risk Management, Privacy, Compliance, AI Governance, or related disciplines.
Help operationalize responsible AI practices, workflows, documentation, and risk coordination.
Work in a collaborative environment focused on responsible technology adoption.
