CERTIFICATIONS REQUIRED/LICENSES/REGISTRATIONS REQUIRED: N/A
1-year production experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred but not required.

This role ensures that equipment and facilities are cleaned and sanitized in accordance with established food manufacturing regulations and all applicable government sanitation requirements.
Employees are expected to work on their assigned sanitation team, with primary responsibilities focused on completing tasks outlined in the Master Sanitation Schedule.
Employees will be trained to properly clean and sanitize the production equipment and areas to which they are assigned.
All sanitation team members are expected to develop working knowledge of all production areas, including Cake, Pastry, and Toast, to support facility needs as required.
Assignments may vary based on relative crewing and operational needs across the facility.

High School Diploma or GED is preferred but not required.
