Responsibilities
- Build a team that delivers: set expectations, coach leaders, and raise the standard of execution.
- Drive results, not reports: translate metrics into action that improves uptime, compliance, and service.
- Lead from the front: partner with hospital executives and ensure readiness for every inspection, every time.
- You develop people on purpose, not by accident.
- This is true ownership-you'll lead a business within a business, with P&L responsibility and real influence.

Requirements
- 5+ years managing in a clinical engineering environment or proven leadership experience with business acumen (required)
- Bachelor's degree in electronics, engineering, or related field or equivalent experience (required)
- Experience leading teams and driving operational performance (required)
- You can walk into a complex environment and quickly see what needs to change.
- You're as credible in a boardroom conversation as you are with a technician on the floor.
Nice to have
- Technical certifications (A+, CBET, CRES, CLES, CCE) preferred
