Responsibilities

  • Partner with leadership to drive workforce planning, organizational design, and talent strategies that enable business growth and scalability.
  • Lead and exe cute large-scale change initiatives, including organizational design, restructuring, and transformation efforts
  • Lead and facilitate talent reviews and succession planning processes, ensuring rigorous assessment and follow-through for critical and high-potential talent.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • Experience supporting large-scale clien t s ( 500+ emplo yees ) up to VP l evel
  • C onsulting & Inf luence: Proven ability to influence Di rector/ VP leaders, push back const ructi vely, and operate as a strategic advisor in complex environments.
  • 8+ years of progressive HR BP experience, including prov en suc cess in leading cha nge initiatives, org design, and stra tegic workforce and talent p lanning.
  • in an HR or ganization with a mature C OE HR Operating m odel r equired.

  • ab ility to t ranslate 1-3-year business p lans into workfor ce s trategy.

Nice to have

  • Demonstrated ability to operate both strategically and hands-on.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills
  • Strong business acumen and ability to navigate competing priorities.
  • Experience working in high-growth, global, or matrixed organizations preferred.
  • Experience with HRIS systems (Workday preferred)
  • Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)
  • 20-30% domestic travel required (primarily San Francisco, CA, Deerfield, IL and Houston, T X )
  • Experience supporting h ourly California-based employees and/or knowledge of California employment law preferred.
