About the role

The Data Solutions team is a start up within G2 that was created in 2022 to sell one of our most strategic and complex solutions.
We are seeking an Account Executive to join the team and help us continue to expand this area of our business.
In this high-impact, quota-carrying role, you will be able to close large complex deals with these customers.

Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to close
Develop and execute strategic territory and account plans to drive new logo acquisition across a targeted book of investors and software vendors
Build CxO and Operating Partner-level relationships, becoming a trusted advisor to key decision-makers in Research, Business Development, Product, and Procurement
Collaborate closely with Partnerships, cross LOB account teams, Product, Account Managers and Solution Consulting to deliver a seamless buyer experience and accelerate time-to-value
Now, we have joined forces with Capterra https://www.capterra.com/, SoftwareAdvice https://www.softwareadvice.com/, and GetApp https://www.getapp.com/ to create the largest source of online data and software insights to fuel intelligent buying in the age of AI.

2+ years of quota-carrying experience selling Data, SaaS, or Enterprise Consulting services
Proven track record of closing 6-and 7-figure deals with strategic decision-makers
Background in investment research, management consulting, and/or experience with enterprise data platforms
Familiarity with market and competitive intelligence platforms, sales/marketing data tools, or alternative data

Accurately forecast pipeline, opportunity stages, and closed-won revenue using Salesforce and other sales analytics tools
