Responsibilities
- Build long-term relationships with candidates
- Use our ATS and sourcing tools to manage pipelines efficiently
- Support credentialing and compliance steps post-hire
- Partner closely with hiring managers and recruiting leadership
Nice to have
- Familiarity with LinkedIn, ATS/CRMs, or sourcing tools is a plus
- 2+ years of experience in recruiting, customer service, hospitality, sales, or leadership preferred
- Bachelor's degree preferred
Compensation
- $50,000 - $55,000
- Total First-Year Earnings: $62,000 - $75,000 (base + performance-based bonuses)
