About the role

  • As a key member of our early engineering team, you'll be responsible for shaping the overall user experience for our cutting-edge healthcare AI startup.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement the user experience of our AI SaaS platform and integrate it into the rest of our infrastructure
  • Optimize the platform experience for speed and scalability
  • Experience consuming different data exchange apis like REST, GraphQL and readiness to support integrating front end implementations with upstream services
  • Ability to rapidly translate designs into functional code
  • Attention to detail and passion to build user-centric UIs, have a keen eye on user experience and usability with customer-first mindset

Requirements

  • Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Design or a related field is required
  • Experience with responsive design, cross-browser compatibility, performance optimization and accessibility standards
  • Experience with Tailwind, Shadcn or any other design systems and ability to build scalable components
  • Experience writing tests using Jest, React testing framework, Playwrite

Skills

  • 8+ years of full time, relevant industry experience
  • Experience with data visualization libraries (D3.js, Chart.js)
  • Previous experience on production scale SaaS platforms or AI projects

Compensation

  • The pay range for this role is between $180,000 and $210,000, depending on skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
