About the role

The Internal Recruitment Manager & HR Coordinator reports to the Chase Executive Team and works closely with the Human Resources (HR) Manager and regional Managing Directors.

This role is focused on identifying and securing top talent for Chase while providing HR support for all of our offices including (LA, NY, and Bristol, UK).
The Recruitment Manager will manage the end-to-end recruitment process.
Recruitment: Partner with Global Director, and Managing Directors and & hiring managers in each studio to define role requirements, forecast hiring needs and proactively develop pipelines
In this role, the ideal candidate will leverage their own network and industry connections to identify and attract talent, rather than relying on external recruiters Attend industry networking events, design fairs, and portfolio reviews to source talent and increase visibility for Chase in each location.

Proven experience recruiting within a design/branding agency, or advertising agency environment Strong network of candidates in the branding and design industry is a plus mandatory 3-5 years of experience in graphic design industry recruitment, preferably across multiple offices Familiarity of US and UK HR recruitment Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills Ability to balance recruitment priorities with minor HR coordination administrative responsibilities Proficient with Mac OS (we are a Mac/Apple environment) Passionate about building diverse, equitable, and inclusive teams
