About the role

  • Be part of a high performing small team charged with helping a government customer transition critical technology to users, support the highest impact missions, and effectively communicate the success of innovative technical capabilities and programs.
  • - Establish quick wins by gathering and documenting qualitative and quantitative evidence of impact to missions supported by technical programs.

Responsibilities

  • Develop a set of investment review criteria and processes to ensure that programs map to customer mission needs.
  • Establish success criteria and document progress and mission impact of innovative technical programs
  • Use tools including Advanced Excel, Microsoft Power BI, and Tableau to document, analyze, visualize, and communicate important success metrics, trends and decision-support information s in a manner that resonates with both technical and non technical audiences
  • Work with communications lead to effectively convey to leadership and other stakeholders progress and achievement and how that progress aligns with strategic priorities.
  • Experience developing and managing mission value narratives and technology/program success metrics

Requirements

  • 5+ years in the IC
  • Strong data analysis and visualization skills with experience in associated tools (PowerBI, Tableau, other)
  • Ability to work across technical and non-technical stakeholders and audiences
