Responsibilities
- Systems Maintenance: Perform comprehensive electrical maintenance and advanced troubleshooting on complex plant equipment.
- Continuous Improvement: Collaborate with the maintenance team to support and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
- Technical Documentation: Maintain precise records of work performed, system modifications, and parts inventory.

Requirements
- Strong communication skills with the ability to function effectively within a multidisciplinary maintenance team.

Skills
- Expert ability to diagnose, isolate, and resolve complex electrical issues efficiently.
- Schematic Proficiency: Highly skilled in reading and interpreting electrical schematics, blueprints, and technical documentation.
- Safety Excellence: Unwavering commitment to safety protocols, including Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) and arc flash safety.
- Industry Experience: Previous experience in the Cement Industry or heavy industrial manufacturing is preferred.

- Work Environment
- $59.36 per hour (as per collective agreement)
