Responsibilities

  • Document Drafting: Draft and file essential litigation documents including complaints, answers, interrogatories, discovery requests, and demand letters.
  • Support Attorneys: Assist attorneys in meeting deadlines, preparing briefs, and prioritizing tasks for efficient case progression.
  • Organization: Highly organized and self-motivated with a keen ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • The firm's philosophy centers on comprehensive legal help-addressing not only the main legal issues but also peripheral matters to ensure clients receive holistic support.
  • This role exists to manage post-litigation processes and ensures that all critical documents and deadlines are meticulously handled.
  • Collaborate closely with firm leaders and attorneys, gaining valuable experience and mentorship.

Requirements

  • Experience Required: At least 2-3 years in personal injury litigation
  • Drafting Skills: Proven ability to draft standard litigation pleadings and responses accurately and efficiently.
