About the role
- Production Associates are hired for a one-year term with the opportunity to extend, guaranteed 84 hours every 2 weeks.
- Production Associates are responsible for keeping production flowing in their area, for meeting performance goals, following safe practices, and for maintaining the high level of quality that consumers expect from our products.
- This position includes a Retirement Pension Plan after 1 year of employment and is eligible for a Health Spending account.
Responsibilities
- Move materials by hand as needed to support operations.
- Perform basic housekeeping duties to maintain a clean and organized work area.
Requirements
- Occasionally hand-stack cases of finished products as required.
- Drive a fork truck if required (training provided by the company)
Nice to have
- Previous experience operating forklifts is preferred but not required
- training will be provided.
- Basic computer skills, including familiarity with inventory control software.
- Comfortable remaining seated for up to four consecutive hours.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety practices.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well in a team environment.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and workloads.
- Must be able to work in varying temperature conditions.
