About the role
- We want to be transparent about this as we continue discussions.
- The Patient Services Coordinator is responsible for scheduling the home visits for the field staff and assisting with the coordination of patient care.
- In addition, the patient services coordinator will accumulate admissions/intake information and communicate with CFSS for possible staffing needs and concerns.
Requirements
- At least one (1) year of experience in a customer service capacity.
- Homecare Homebase (HCHB) experience is required for this position.
Nice to have
- Associate's degree Preferred.
Compensation
- The base compensation range for this role is fixed, with a maximum cap of $24.00. We want to be transparent about this as we continue discussions.
