About the role
- This is a hands-on ops role for someone with direct field experience - not a remote-only coordinator.
Responsibilities
- Hire and grow local teams: Source, hire, onboard, and manage people in-market
- build the staffing model as volume grows.
- Own day-to-day field execution: Solve logistics, quality, scheduling, and vendor/partner issues so collection stays on track.
- Build repeatable playbooks: Turn one-off market launches into documented processes for hiring, training, quality control, and escalation.
- Partner with SF product and ops: Translate project requirements into field plans
- Hire and grow local teams: Source, hire, onboard, and manage people in-market; build the staffing model as volume grows.
Requirements
- Track record hiring and managing people in the field (contractors, vendors, or full-time)
- Live international ops that reliably deliver footage and other required data
Nice to have
- Experience in data collection, media production, field research, marketplace ops, or logistics in emerging markets
- Prior work standing up ops in multiple countries
- Familiarity with physical AI, robotics, or AI training data workflows
- Language skills relevant to priority markets
