As a Data Center + Mission Critical Superintendent, you'll lead field operations for complex, high-stakes projects that require precision, coordination, and calm under pressure.
Communicate job expectations clearly to all field personnel and partners.
Schedule field staff and ensure appropriate trade partner manpower to meet project milestones.
Facilitate weekly foreman meetings and maintain detailed jobsite records.

You can move and adapt in any environment, which means you're ready to work across multiple market focuses.
Drug screen and background check required.
Must be currently legally authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship for employment visa status (e.g., H1B status, 0-1, TN, CPT, OPT, etc.).
Some desk time is required for updating schedules, reviewing plans, and sending project updates.
