About the role

  • This role ensures accurate processing of investment activity in accordance with established policies and procedures and serves as a primary point of contact for routine advisors and internal requests.

  • Applies AI-powered tools (e.g., workflow automation, document processing assistants, CRM AI features) to improve accuracy, reduce manual effort, and increase throughput on routine and moderately complex operational tasks.

Requirements

  • AI & Technology Proficiency
  • Bachelor's degree in finance, business, economics, or a related field
  • 2-3+ years of experience in financial services, document processing, or investment support functions
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and experience using CRM or workflow-tracking platforms
