About the role

This is a hands-on leader role at the center of plant operations, responsible for driving inventory accuracy across raw materials, work-in-process, and finished assemblies.
You will supervise daily inventory activities, enforce standard work, and ensure SAP transactional discipline, maintaining tight alignment between physical inventory and system data.
Ensure accuracy of all SAP inventory transactions (goods movements, adjustments, transfers etc).

Lead inventory control activities across raw materials, WIP, and finished goods
Develop, enhance, and standardize inventory control processes to improve accuracy, and compliance across manufacturing operations.
Monitor and analyze SAP inventory variances; drive root cause and corrective actions with cross functional team.
Train, coach, and develop team members while fostering accountability and engagement.
Maintain documentation and audit trail of all customer inventory confirmations and discrepancy resolutions.
Partnering with Production, Planning and Logistics team to Drive accountability for accurate and timely SAP entries,
Drive process standardization and best practices in SAP usage.
This position will oversee cycle count programs, lead discrepancy investigations, and drive root cause and corrective actions to resolution.
