About the role
- As a key member of the Ford MP&L Forward Model launch readiness team, you can add critical value to the entire organization.
- You will be the Strategic Liaison and "Voice of the Business" as we undergo a massive Digital Transformation, migrating from legacy environments (CMMS/eDDL) to our Next-Gen SAP S/4HANA ecosystem (MMP and ASCENT).
- Serve as a core specialist responsible for evaluating supplier readiness and industrialization processes for engineered parts, ensuring successful integration into new vehicle models.
Responsibilities
- You'll help us develop suppliers manufacturing readiness for new program launch while ensuring optimal cost and on-time delivery.
- Beyond traditional readiness, you will serve as a Transformation Catalyst acting as the System Transformation Lead within MP&L.
- Identify potential operational gaps during the system migration and collaborate with IT workstreams to ensure new tools and processes support MP&L requirements without disrupting launch readiness.
Requirements
- 1+ years of experience with data analytics leveraging analytical tools like Power BI, SQL or Python for data driven story telling.
- Master's degree (Engineering, MBA, Supply Chain) Experience transitioning business processes from legacy systems to SAP-based environments.
Compensation
- This position is a salary grade 6 and ranges from $72,480-121,440.
