About the role

  • The Communications Department (COM) is the IMF's center for strategic communication.
  • COMPD also tracks distribution and use of IMF publications and online content in various digital and print formats.
  • This hands-on role focuses on content publishing, website maintenance, metadata management, quality assurance, and digital content optimization across multiple sites and languages.

Requirements

  • Alternatively, a university degree, or equivalent, and six years of relevant professional experience are required.
  • Hands-on experience with enterprise content management systems (CMS) is required, Sitecore XM Cloud, Sitecore XP, Experience Editor, Page Builder, or similar CMS platform is desirable.
  • Experience managing multilingual websites and web publishing workflows.
  • Strong understanding of metadata management, content taxonomy, and SEO best practices.
  • Experience using web analytics tools, such as Adobe Analytics or Google Analytics, to monitor performance and audience engagement.
  • Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and basic web development principles is desirable.
  • Knowledge of accessibility standards and best practices for digital content.
  • Proficiency in an additional language, particularly Russian or Japanese, is an asset.
