About the role
- The Communications Department (COM) is the IMF's center for strategic communication.
- COMPD also tracks distribution and use of IMF publications and online content in various digital and print formats.
- This hands-on role focuses on content publishing, website maintenance, metadata management, quality assurance, and digital content optimization across multiple sites and languages.
Requirements
- Alternatively, a university degree, or equivalent, and six years of relevant professional experience are required.
- Hands-on experience with enterprise content management systems (CMS) is required, Sitecore XM Cloud, Sitecore XP, Experience Editor, Page Builder, or similar CMS platform is desirable.
- Experience managing multilingual websites and web publishing workflows.
- Strong understanding of metadata management, content taxonomy, and SEO best practices.
- Experience using web analytics tools, such as Adobe Analytics or Google Analytics, to monitor performance and audience engagement.
- Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and basic web development principles is desirable.
- Knowledge of accessibility standards and best practices for digital content.
- Proficiency in an additional language, particularly Russian or Japanese, is an asset.
