About the role

  • Are you an energetic educator who loves sparking curiosity in children?
  • Complete at least 9 hours of onboarding, professional development, and staff meetings before camp begins.
  • Keep classrooms clean, organized, and welcoming by modeling and encouraging good habits of tidiness.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver RAFT's engaging STEAM curriculum, adapting activities as needed to maximize camper participation and excitement.
  • Lead a classroom of up to 24 campers and coordinate activities for larger groups (up to 200 students), ensuring a positive, collaborative, and well-managed environment.
  • Participate in after-camp debrief sessions and surveys to share feedback and support continuous improvement.

Requirements

  • Ability to quickly learn and facilitate new materials.
  • High school diploma required.
