About the role
- Are you an energetic educator who loves sparking curiosity in children?
- Complete at least 9 hours of onboarding, professional development, and staff meetings before camp begins.
- Keep classrooms clean, organized, and welcoming by modeling and encouraging good habits of tidiness.
Responsibilities
- Deliver RAFT's engaging STEAM curriculum, adapting activities as needed to maximize camper participation and excitement.
- Lead a classroom of up to 24 campers and coordinate activities for larger groups (up to 200 students), ensuring a positive, collaborative, and well-managed environment.
- Participate in after-camp debrief sessions and surveys to share feedback and support continuous improvement.
Requirements
- Ability to quickly learn and facilitate new materials.
- High school diploma required.
