EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE · High School Diploma or GED - Minimum baseline for entry into the field.

Facility Cleaning - Sweep, mop, vacuum, and dust floors and surfaces throughout the building.
Surface Sanitization - Disinfect high‑touch surfaces to maintain a healthy environment.
Minor Maintenance - Replace light bulbs, report repairs, and perform basic building upkeep.
Safety Compliance - Follow safety procedures, use cleaning chemicals properly, and maintain equipment.

Restroom Maintenance - Clean and sanitize restrooms
restock soap, paper products, and supplies.
Trash Removal - Empty trash and recycling bins
transport waste to designated disposal areas.
Event Setup - Arrange furniture, equipment, and room layouts for meetings or events.
Outdoor Upkeep - Assist with light groundskeeping such as sweeping walkways or clearing debris.
Experience - Previous custodial or janitorial experience preferred but not always required.
