About the role
- Ensure overall quality and food safety of products and materials at various stages of production process.
- Analyze and test product to ensure they meet established quality standards.
- Continuously inspect product, plant, employees, and equipment on the manufacturing floor to ensure quality and food safety standards are met.
Responsibilities
- Works with other departments to implement procedure changes involving raw materials/finished goods to remedy the cause of any non-compliance as quickly as possible.
- Maintain KPI's (Key Performance Indicators) and score cards to drive continuous improvement.
- Advocate and maintain a strong commitment to safety in the operating process.

- The employee is frequently required to reach with hands and arms.
- The employee is occasionally required to sit and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl.

- Complete required documentation (quality, food safety and test forms) honestly and accurately.
- Employee is required to conduct pre-operational sanitation inspections, operational sanitation inspections.
