About the role
- We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Client Success Specialist II (CSM) to join our team.
- The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of proven client experience, preferably in the financial technology sector.
- The CSM will be instrumental in maintaining client relationships, ensuring satisfaction, and fostering revenue growth.
Responsibilities
- Deliver a proactive client management strategy to encourage growth & retention with our merchant partners.
- Provide prompt and effective support to address client needs and inquiries.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client issues and requests promptly.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to execute strategies to support clients.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of company products and services to provide accurate information and support to clients.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with clients and stakeholders.
- The Revenue team drives Affirm's top-line growth through strategic partnerships, pricing, and go-to-market execution.
- The team leads onboarding, relationship management, and performance optimization to help partners succeed.
- We deliver value-added solutions, drive adoption, and support long-term business growth by connecting merchants and consumers through Affirm's products.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree with at least 3-5 years of account management experience, preferably in the financial technology industry.
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and Google Suite.
- Affirmers in proximal roles have the flexibility to work remotely, but will occasionally be required to work out of their assigned Affirm office.
Nice to have
- Knowledge of marketing technologies and e-commerce preferred.
Compensation
- Employees new to Affirm typically come in at the start of the pay range.
- Affirm focuses on providing a simple and transparent pay structure which is based on a variety of factors, including location, experience and job-related skills.
- For sales roles, the range provided is the role's On Target Earnings ("OTE") range, which includes the annual base pay and the sales incentive target.
- Base pay is part of a total compensation package that may include equity rewards, monthly stipends for health, wellness and tech spending, and benefits (including 100% subsidized medical coverage, dental and vision for you and your dependents.)
- USA On Target Earnings (CA, WA, NY, NJ, CT) per year: $112,500 - $137,500
- USA On Target Earnings (all other U.S. states) per year: $100,000 - $125,000
