About the role

This position plays a key role in optimizing system performance, improving efficiency, and enabling data-driven decision-making.
Successful candidates will have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication abilities, and a solid understanding of business processes and information systems.
Will use office equipment such as a computer/laptop, monitor, keyboard, and a general workstation set-up.

Monitors system and business operations, anticipates future needs, and plans accordingly to meet those needs and document costs.
Provides training and support to end-users.
Develops supporting documentation for outlining requirements, business use cases, risks, recommendations, system design, and testing plans.

Minimum of 3 years of experience including system analysis, gathering requirements, prioritizing, documenting, and developing plans required.
On-call work to provide additional support and work to be performed outside of traditional business hours including early mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays required.

Understands business issues and data challenges.
Strong knowledge of personal computers and Microsoft products.
