About the role
- SUMMARY: This is a year-round, part-time internship.
- Intern will gain hands-on work experience in microbial biopesticide formulation and analytical techniques.
- Start date for internship is immediately.
Responsibilities
- Intern will support Research Scientists with the development of experimental formulations on the bench and pilot scale.
- Process formulations using overhead mixing, spray drying, extrusion, and fluidized bed drying. · Conduct compatibility, stability, and physical testing on experimental formulations. · Plan and execute experimental work for assigned mini projects. · Document and maintain legible, accurate, and complete laboratory records. · Maintain laboratory cleanliness.
