About the role
- Assessing, diagnosing, screening, and treating a variety of speech, language, and feeding/swallowing disorders
- Our population consists of Autism (ASD), ADHD, language-based learning disorders, AAC users, motor speech disorders, articulation/phonological disorders, and developmental delays
- Timely completion of documentation including daily SOAP notes, progress notes, initial and re-evaluations
Responsibilities
- Real-time mentorship and support (not 'just ask if you need help').
- Implement evidence based, neurodiversity affirming treatment techniques
- Collaborate with occupational therapists, physical therapists, BCBA's, psychologists, and other team members to provide a whole child approach
- We're not looking to fill a seat-we're building a team that lasts.
Nice to have
- Master's Degree in Speech Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Current Washington State Speech Language Pathologist License or interim permit (CFs)
- 1-3 years experience preferred, but open to new graduates
