About the role
- As a member of our team, you will provide insight and innovative solutions to ensure the successful lease administration and management of our commercial and multi-family.
- You will place a focus on proactively qualifying and selling prospective tenants on units and ensure a strong client experience from their initial contact to the day they move into the suite and beyond.
- Presenting the available apartments in a friendly and knowledgeable fashion.
Responsibilities
- Follow up with prospective residents to ensure no lead is lost
- Maintain community's customer base with an effective resident retention program.
- Reporting to the Property Manager, the Leasing Agent is accountable for building client relationships with prospective tenants to ensure sales targets are met and pipelines are proactively managed.
Requirements
- Proficient in the use of technology platforms. knowledge of Yardi is an asset
- Be an experienced residential leasing agent or sales expert with keen organizational skills (1 year)
- Candidate must have excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize work
- Must have a high degree of professionalism and possess an exceptional customer service philosophy
- Appearance must be neat, clean and professional
- Must have own vehicle and valid driver's license.
