Responsibilities

  • Lead the global corporate accounting team, including senior managers and offshore personnel, ensuring accurate and compliant financial reporting aligned with US GAAP and SEC standards.
  • Serve as the primary liaison for quarterly reporting packages submitted to the parent company, coordinating accounting policies, timelines, and data requirements to maintain alignment.
  • Drive enhancements in the Workday ERP system to automate manual processes, streamline the global close cycle, and increase transparency of financial data.
  • Manage intercompany accounting activities, ensuring proper documentation, reconciliation, and elimination entries to maintain consolidated financial integrity.
  • Collaborate with internal and external audit teams, oversee SOX compliance frameworks, and present financial results and control updates to senior executives including the CFO.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a track record of driving process improvements and developing standard operating procedures.
  • Experience working closely with executive leadership and cross-functional partners such as Tax, Treasury, and Corporate Finance.

Requirements

  • CPA certification with 10+ years of progressive accounting experience, including exposure to public company reporting and alternative asset management environments.
  • Demonstrated expertise in SEC reporting requirements, technical accounting standards, and complex consolidations within a subsidiary-to-parent reporting structure.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Hands-on experience with Workday financial systems and ERP process optimization.

Compensation

  • Oversee the preparation and final review of quarterly and annual external filings, including Forms 10-Q and 10-K, as well as debt covenant documentation with precise narrative disclosures.
