About the role

  • The Project Manager is responsible for end-to-end project execution, including:
  • The successful candidate will balance client advocacy with scope, schedule, and financial management while fulfilling client expectations within contractual terms.

Responsibilities

  • VectorUSA is seeking a skilled and experienced Audio Video Project Manager to oversee and manage AV projects.
  • This role requires a blend of technical acumen, system integration expertise, and user-centric design thinking.
  • Manage all phases of AV projects including initiating, planning, executing, monitoring, controlling, and closing.
  • Review and interpret all project documentation including RFPs, RFQs, RFIs, SOWs, technical/design documents, project plans, and schedules.
  • Manage internal project staff and delegate tasks effectively.

Requirements

  • The ideal candidate will have 8+ years of Project Management experience leading complex audio-visual initiatives, a strong technical background, and familiarity with AV industry standards and best practices.

Compensation

  • Competitive salary starting at: $130,000/year (DOE)
