Responsibilities

  • This role partners closely with the Controller, CFO, and operational leaders to provide financial insights that support decision-making, optimize project performance, and maintain compliance with accounting standards and regulations.

Requirements

  • CPA or CMA certification Experience in an ESOP or employee-owned company Familiarity with Arizona construction regulations (prevailing wage, DOT, aviation) Experience with ERP systems or process improvement initiatives
