About the role
- Implementation & Training Services helps new and existing customers successfully onboard and launch with D2L products.
- We prioritize partnering with our customers by adopting a consultative approach to determine the right t raining options for their needs.
- As a Trainer, you will be responsible for delivering interactive online sessions on a diverse range of D2L tools and products, ensuring engaging learning experiences for participants.
Responsibilities
- Develop expertise in the entire suite of D2L products
- Execute pre- and post-training support activities or implement reinforcement solutions
- Collaborate with other Trainers to implement the best practices in product training delivery
Requirements
- Provide training for clients and D2L employees to increase understanding and knowledge of D2L's products and services
- Contribute to internal improvement initiatives as required <span da
