About the role
- Responsible for daily servicing and maintaining of commercial lines customers including and marketing
- obtaining quotations and assisting in the preparation of Submissions, Proposals and Binders.
- Provide prompt, accurate and courteous service to Customers, Sales Representatives and Insurance Companies regarding those accounts and other duties, as directed.
Responsibilities
- Maintains Client files that conform to company standards.
- Maintains workflows, tasks and incoming mail in Document Management System - WorkSmart.
Requirements
- Proficiency required in Microsoft products
- Word, Excel and PowerPoint required.
Nice to have
- College degree preferred.
Skills
- The base pay offered will be determined on factors such as experience, skills, training, location, certifications, and education.
Compensation
- In addition to the base salary, this position may be eligible for performance-based incentives.

- Makes recommendations for coverage additions or changes when appropriate.
- Interact with partner brokers and clients in the placement of foreign clinical trials coverage and public company Directors and Officers coverage
- Provides technical support including, but not limited to, completing Applications, Renewal Proposals, Binders, Audits, Coverage Summaries, Endorsements, Cancellations and Certificates of Insurance.
