Responsibilities
- KPFF Seattle is looking for a Proposal Coordinator to join a fun, collaborative marketing team and support our proposal efforts in the downtown Seattle office.
- The successful candidate will support the development of proposals and marketing materials.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe InDesign
- Working knowledge of the Architectural/Engineering/Construction community in Seattle
- Familiarity with benchmark proposal process (e.g., APMP/SMPS/Shipley Associates
- Occasionally may be required to lift objects weighing up to 15 lbs.
Skills
- Interpreting RFP requirements and researching background materials
- Coordinating preparation and application of industry award pursuits
- Liaising with marketing staff in our other offices
- Maintaining our database of proposal pursuits and projects
- Learning our project and client portfolio.
Compensation
- The expected range for a qualified candidate is $28.00 - $32.00 hourly.
