We're currently hiring experienced CNC Machinists to join our growing team, located at any of our Winchester facility.
Do you enjoy working with advanced machining equipment, maintaining tight tolerances, and ensuring every part meets customer specifications?

From design to production, we utilize cutting-edge digital technologies to help our clients achieve their product development goals.
As a Machinist you'll be responsible for programming and operating a CNC machine to build tools using 3D models.
Maintain continuity among work shifts by documenting and communicating actions, irregularities, and continuing needs using provided paper and/or electronic logs
Maintain safe operations by keeping work area clean and organized and by adhering to safety procedures and regulations
Maintain the equipment by completing basic preventive maintenance requirements, following manufacturer's instructions, initiating repair work orders, etc.

Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines as required
Ability to ensure quality standards are met
Ability to stand and walk for extended periods throughout the workday
Ability to occasionally lift up to 30 lbs.
Ability to climb stairs and work in a manufacturing environment
Ability to wear required personal protective equipment (PPE), including safety glasses, hearing protection, gloves, and other protective equipment as required
Participate in required meetings and training, as requested

Five (5) years' experience programming CNC machines (Lemoine and Power Mill software is preferred)
