3+ years of experience working as Software Engineering Manager within a high performing Engineering organization
8+ years of experience in software development and delivery owning a highly visible and large technical scope and an in-depth knowledge of software architectures
You possess a strong knowledge base, the ability to discover the unknown, and are open to differing perspectives
Experience designing platforms in the Fintech, banking, or trading domain
Experience working with complex data and creating data visualizations
Ideally looking for a B.A. / B.S. degree in relevant fields such as Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
