Requirements

  • The successful candidate will have a history of successfully driving successful Policy and Regulatory outcomes, and the ability to connect business objectives to policy wins.

Nice to have

  • 8+ years experience in Policy or working in the Government
  • Experience successfully securing consensus for priorities at trade associations, standards bodies
  • Experience leading company response to Rulemakings, Request for Comments, etc.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • A history of managing multiple works streams simultaneously

Skills

  • Translate business objectives into policy outcomes
  • Brief and advise Scale's executive leadership on regulatory and legislative developments affecting the business

Compensation

  • packages at Scale for eligible roles include base salary, equity, and benefits.
  • Scale employees in eligible roles are also granted equity based compensation, subject to Board of Director approval.

  • $197,600 - $272,000 USD
  • For pay transparency purposes, the base salary range for this full-time position in the locations of
  • $177,600 - $245,000 USD
