Responsibilities
- AlixPartners, a leading global consulting firm, is seeking Analysts to support our Growth, Manufacturing & Operations, Organizational Transformation, and Sourcing & Procurement Transformation practices.
- Build and maintain financial and operational models, and prepare client-ready presentations and deliverables
- Translate analysis into actionable recommendations and implementation plans that drive measurable business impact
- Collaborate with engagement teams and client stakeholders to identify value creation opportunities and support execution
- Develop data-driven outputs using visualization tools such as Tableau and Power BI to communicate findings effectively and present results in a compelling manner
- Support practice development activities, including marketing materials, pitch development, and account management initiatives

- Growth: Help companies unlock their next wave of revenue through customer strategy, pricing, sales optimization, and marketing. Use analytics, creativity, and business insight to drive measurable growth.
- Manufacturing and Operations: Drive performance where products are made and delivered. Work on improving how companies produce, scale, and operate across their supply chains.
- Organizational Transformation: Support organizations in redesigning structures, improving performance, and implementing change. Work with leadership teams to drive operational and cultural transformation.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a bachelor's or non-MBA master's degree with graduation date between December 2026 and August 2027, with ability to begin full-time employment in August 2027
- Must be enrolled in a quantitative or analytical degree program (e.g., Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Statistics, Engineering, Computer Science, Data Science, or another similar field)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint (e.g., ability to use formulas, data analysis tools, and create structured presentations)
- Professional proficiency in English in written and verbal formats required to support client communications and deliverables
- Ability to travel up to 100% Monday through Friday as required
- Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without employer sponsorship now and in the future.
Nice to have
- Strong academic performance (e.g., cumulative GPA of 3.7 is preferred)
- Experience with Python, SQL, Alteryx or data analytics tools
- Experience using AI‑enabled tools to enhance analysis, insight generation, and execution, with an understanding of when human judgment, validation, and discretion are essential.
- Experience using advanced Microsoft Excel capabilities (e.g., pivot tables, formulas, financial modelling and data analysis)
- Recent internship or experience in finance, accounting, operations, analytics or consulting roles
- Experience working in team-based or client-facing environments
- Demonstrated ability to interact professionally with clients and senior stakeholders
