About the role
- Iron Mountain is seeking a proactive and leadership-minded SmartSort/Data Entry Coordinator to join our Warehouse Operations team.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and develop a high-performing team by overseeing daily workflows, providing real-time performance feedback, and mentoring associates on productivity, quality, and safety standards.
- Manage end-to-end operational execution including the coordination of incoming/outgoing shipments, resource allocation for production schedules, and the maintenance of precise inventory records.
- Drive data-informed decision-making by tracking production metrics and generating operational reports for leadership to ensure all company KPIs and job assignments are completed on time.
- Ability to lead by example and directs the team as well as workflow

Compensation
- $51,400.00 - $64,200.00
- Please note that an employee's starting salary may vary based on a variety of factors.
- Where State, Municipal, Provincial, Territorial or other legal minimum wages exceed the federal minimum wage, employees are entitled to the higher rate.
- Salary details: $25.00 - 27.00 (Paid biweekly) with Annual Merit Increases.
- Reasonably expected salary range: $51,400.00 - $64,200.00
