About the role
- New Therapy Perspectives, LLC is "The" provider of quality intensive outpatient services.
- We provide custom, confidential, and comprehensive care both in-person and virtually to those affected by a multitude of mental health challenges as well as those who are affected by substance use disorders.
- We provide intensive outpatient services to adults and teens who suffer from mental health, substance abuse, emotional conditions, and mental health and substance abuse co-occurring disorders.
Responsibilities
- Collaborates with cross-disciplinary teams, including clinical, administrative, and technical staff, to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
- Utilizes engineering principles and analytical tools to identify process inefficiencies and implement data-driven solutions.
- Works with CEO to manage project budgets, timelines, and resources, ensuring on-time and within-budget delivery.
- Assist with conducting risk assessments and developing mitigation strategies to address potential challenges.

Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in project management, engineering consulting, or a similar role
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with proficiency in process improvement methodologies.
- Exceptional communication and leadership abilities, with a track record of managing diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Familiarity with regulations, compliance standards, and emerging technologies.
- Bachelor's Degree in Research, Healthcare, Analytics, Engineering, Healthcare Administration, or a related field.

- Assist CEO with fostering innovation by introducing new technologies, methodologies, and best practices to enhance healthcare delivery.
