- Help maintain internal documentation, policies, and operating cadences
- Support ad-hoc strategic and operational projects as the business scales

Requirements
- 3+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Operations Specialist, or similar role in a startup or fast-paced environment.
- Experience supporting senior executives in high-growth environments - Comfort working with ambiguity and rapidly shifting priorities.
