About the role
- Release testing and deployment coordination.
- Configure user permissions, templates, dashboards, forms, and reports.
- Troubleshoot system issues and coordinate resolution with IT and vendors.
Responsibilities

- Training and user support.
- Maintain system integrity, security, and data quality.
- Provide first-line support/triage for Legal Department users.
- Revolution Medicines is seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Legal Technology Manager to support the Legal team.
- The position works closely with all Legal teams, Information Technology/Information Security, company project and change management teams and software vendors to ensure legal systems operate effectively and support business objectives.
- Manage support requests and issue tracking.
- Develop and deliver user training programs.
- Create and maintain user guides, standard operating procedures, FAQs, and training materials.
- Escalate and manage complex support issues through resolution.
Skills
- Bachelor's degree.
- 5+ years of legal operations, project management, or corporate legal department experience.
- 3+ years of experience supporting enterprise legal technology platforms.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience with legal technology, matter management, contract lifecycle management, or e-billing systems.
- Strong technical troubleshooting and systems administration skills.
- Excellent client service and communication skills.
- Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Experience in creating training and user documentation.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- 5+ years of relevant experience in pharmaceutical and/or biotechnology companies
- Big pharma experience a plus.
Compensation
- $143,000 - $178,000 USD
