About the role

  • As a Maintenance Project Coordinator at Roofstock you will serve as the project coordinator for all things related to the turnover maintenance process.
  • You will coordinate all aspects of routine repairs with vendors and ensure all stakeholders are abreast of the project timeline.
  • We will empower you to be a turnover rock star by training you on our proprietary software and teaching you the ins and outs of the property management business.

Responsibilities

  • Manage assigned turnover service requests from end-to-end (including creating a scope of work, and securing owner approval) to ensure issues are resolved promptly, ensuring all needed information is received (status updates, photos, estimates, invoices), communicating with vendors and internal teams, and assigning technicians to address requests.
  • Manage all electronic record keeping as it relates to repairs and maintenance including internal communication, vendor communications, resident damages, and any other needed information.
  • We successfully merge our passion for helping investors build wealth through real estate with cutting edge technology that transforms the way they do it.
  • In 2025, Roofstock took an ownership stake in Casago (short-term rental management services), expanding our platform to support both long-term and short-term rental investment services.

Requirements

  • Strong customer service, written and verbal communication, organizational and interpersonal skills required.
  • Ability to meet timelines and adjust expectations preemptively.
  • Ability to deal effectively with a diversity of individuals.
  • This position must be located in Dallas, TX

  • Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience is preferred.

  • $45,000 - $55,000 anually.
  • Compensation may be adjusted based on experience, skills, and interview performance.

Nice to have

  • Previous property management, vendor management and/or utility management experience preferred.
  • Technical proficiency including Google Applications, Microsoft Office Applications, and Slack preferred.

Compensation

  • $45,000 - $55,000 anually.
  • Our compensation reflects several US geographic markets.
  • The base pay for this position represents the expected salary for this position.
  • Ultimately, in determining your pay it will be based on several factors including location, job-related knowledge, skills, experience and other job related factors.
  • Roofstock is a total compensation company; the base salary is only a part of our total compensation package.
