About the role
- Link Home Therapy we're looking to hire a passionate (OT/PT/SLP) Lead Therapist, interested in working at an assisted living facility. The Lead Therapist is responsible for day-to-day clinical operations of the therapy team onsite. This is a great opportunity for a therapist to grow in their career and broaden their managerial skill set!
- - Education: An Associates, Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy or Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution.

- Leadership Abilities: The ability to inspire and lead a team, manage conflicts, and make strategic decisions.
Requirements
- License and Certification: A valid Virginia state license to practice Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy or Speech-Language Pathology and state certifications as required.
- An Associates, Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy or Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution.
