Northrop Grumman is in need of a an Engineer Energetics Manufacturing - level 2 or 3 to work at its Elkton, Maryland facility.

Provide manufacturing support to operations to meet quality, delivery, and cost requirements.
Create, maintain and improve Process Control Documentation.
Lean manufacturing implementation (PES) Assist operations with 5-S programs Conduct Process FMEA's Generate process maps, flow charts, value stream maps Establish standard work Conduct time studies/audits Monitor production touch labor costs and suggest/implement improvements to drive costs down Establish Key Characteristics for manufacturing/processing and ensure systems are in place to monitor/control them

for level 2: Must have at a Bachelors degree and 2 or more years of experience or a Masters degree with 0 or more years of experience.
Must be a US citizen and able to obtain a Secret Clearance.
for level 3: Must have a Bachelors degree and 5 or more years of experience or a Masters degree with 3 years of experience.
You can hike, bike, camp, bird watch, ride horseback, or drop a fishing line.
Candidates hired into this role will be required to complete and submit an Employee Possessor Questionnaire to ATF for approval to be a possessor.

$87,600.00 - $131,400.00
Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay.
Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results.
$108,800.00 - $163,200.00 The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.
