- Northrop Grumman is in need of a an Engineer Energetics Manufacturing - level 2 or 3 to work at its Elkton, Maryland facility.
Responsibilities
- Provide manufacturing support to operations to meet quality, delivery, and cost requirements.
- Create, maintain and improve Process Control Documentation.
- Lean manufacturing implementation (PES) Assist operations with 5-S programs Conduct Process FMEA's Generate process maps, flow charts, value stream maps Establish standard work Conduct time studies/audits Monitor production touch labor costs and suggest/implement improvements to drive costs down Establish Key Characteristics for manufacturing/processing and ensure systems are in place to monitor/control them

Requirements
- for level 2: Must have at a Bachelors degree and 2 or more years of experience or a Masters degree with 0 or more years of experience.
- Must be a US citizen and able to obtain a Secret Clearance.
- for level 3: Must have a Bachelors degree and 5 or more years of experience or a Masters degree with 3 years of experience.
- You can hike, bike, camp, bird watch, ride horseback, or drop a fishing line.
- Candidates hired into this role will be required to complete and submit an Employee Possessor Questionnaire to ATF for approval to be a possessor.

- Must have a Bachelors degree and 5 or more years of experience or a Masters degree with 3 years of experience.
- U.S. Citizenship is required for all positions with a government clearance and certain other restricted positions.
Compensation
- $87,600.00 - $131,400.00
- Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay.
- Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results.
- $108,800.00 - $163,200.00 The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.
