About the role
- By joining us, you'll play a critical role in scaling Airwallex's Embedded Finance platform and have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on our customers and the future of finance.
Responsibilities
- You will lead a team of Product Managers responsible for building the capabilities that power embedded payments, financial accounts, cards, treasury services, and global money movement through Airwallex's platform.
- Working closely with Engineering, Design, Commercial, Partnerships, Compliance, and Executive Leadership, you will help shape the future of Airwallex's platform strategy and drive meaningful business impact across the company.
- Drive alignment across cross-functional stakeholders, including Commercial, Partnerships, Operations, Compliance, Risk, Legal, and Executive Leadership teams.
- Serve as a thought partner to senior leadership on platform strategy, ecosystem growth, and the future direction of Airwallex's financial infrastructure products.
Requirements
- 10+ years' experience of product management experience, including significant experience leading product teams in high-growth technology or fintech environments.
- Proven track record of defining and scaling successful platform, infrastructure, payments, fintech, or ecosystem products.
- Proven success in API/platform integration and technical go-to-market launches.
Nice to have
- Experience in Embedded Finance, Banking-as-a-Service, Payments, Treasury, Cards, Financial Infrastructure, Platform Products, APIs, or Developer Platforms.
- Experience operating in global markets and navigating regulatory, operational, and technical complexity at scale.
